The ePX3500 exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that an inexpensive electric pressure washer might be more of a toy than a real performer, and therefore a waste of money. I had thought that l'd need to spend $300 or more on a gas unit and I didn't want to do that. But I saw glowing reviews for this unit in CNN Underscored, and then noted all the great Amazon reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The unit is well designed and easy to use. Assembly was easy. I was delighted at how rapidly the turbo nozzle blasted through the years-old grime and stains on my concrete patio. Setup and use is very easy and intuitive. The easy portability is a real plus. I am very happy with this device. If you buy this, one thing I'd like to point out: An extra part not mentioned in the assembly instructions or parts list is provided. However, if you look at the upper cord hanger that is supplied and shown in the instructions, you can deduce that the the mystery part is a lower cord hanger and how it mounts to the unit is obvious. Having the upper and lower hangers installed makes cord stowage much better than if only using the upper hanger as shown in the instructions. I was surprised that the instruction sheets (even the online versions) omit this part, but no harm done once you realize what to do.

    • As a former Karcher electric pressure washer owner who enjoy over 30 years of faithful service, I was heartbroken when the unit finally gave out, forcing me to select a replacement. I wanted to stick with the convenience of an electric unit given that it had always served my needs well in the past. Plus, it represents one gasoline engine to feed and maintain. Unfortunately, my research led me to the conclusion that Karcher electrics aren’t necessarily what they used to be. Enter the Westinghouse epx3500.

This washer came highly rated, and despite its compact size and light weight, I’m pleased to say that I appear to have a winner. Of course, time will tell on reliability, but my first use went as expected. Also, I admire the form factor. It holds all of its accessories, is easily carried using the built-in handle, and will either roll behind me as I work or remain stationary, depending on how I set the locking casters. The washer employs power saving on/off functionality when the trigger is pressed and released, and its orientation makes draining the unit a breeze, I’m pleased with my purchase thus far, and I feel that I received good value for my investment.

I recently got the EPX3500 pressure washer, and I've been really impressed with it. First off, the ease of use is fantastic. Setting it up was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, so I was up and running in no time. The controls are intuitive, which made switching between different settings and nozzles a breeze. What I really love about it is how compact it is. It’s lightweight, so I can easily move it around my patio without any hassle. Plus, it doesn’t take up much space in my garage, so I can easily tuck it away. Despite its small size, this thing is powerful! It’s done an amazing job cleaning my patio and (SOON!) driveway, blasting away dirt and grime that had been there for ages. I was surprised at how quickly I could get through my cleaning tasks, thanks to its strong pressure and flow rate. Overall, the EPX3500 has been a great addition to my home cleaning tools. It’s easy to use, easy to store, and packs enough power to handle all the jobs I need it for.
